Twelve soy candles, hand-poured in our Cleator Moor workshop. Each is a different Lakeland Lights scent, each sits in its own numbered box and each gives up to 20 hours of burn time. Up to 240 hours across the collection.
Every scent is named for the fells, lakes, coastlines and places we know and love, and each one fills the room with something different. Twelve candles means twelve chances to find a new favourite.

FROM FIRST FIRE TO CLEATOR MOOR
Chronicles follows five chapters in the history of candle making, from first fire through ancient ritual, the chandler’s trade and industrialisation.
Together, the twelve individual boxes form the full timeline, carrying the Chronicles story across the Collection.
The final chapter reaches modern soy wax and our Cleator Moor workshops, where every candle in this Collection is hand-poured by our team.
PRE-ORDER, DELIVERY & ORDER INFORMATION
Orders start shipping in early October. Everything within the same order will be sent together.
WHEN WILL MY PRE-ORDER BE SENT?
Shipping is expected to begin in early October 2026. Orders will be dispatched in the order they were received and in batches, so they will not all leave on the same day. Local delivery and workshop collection will also begin in early October.
Dates are estimates and may change if required. We will keep customers updated if anything changes.
WHAT IF I ORDER OTHER PRODUCTS AT THE SAME TIME?
Any other candles, wax melts or products within the same order will be held and sent with your pre-order in October.
If you need those items sooner, please place them as a separate order.
WHAT DELIVERY OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE?
Every order containing The Christmas Candle Collection qualifies for free Royal Mail Tracked 48 delivery. You can upgrade to DPD for £2.
Eligible local delivery and free workshop collection options will be shown at checkout. Each delivery address requires a separate order.

HOW DO THE EARLY-ORDER GIFTS WORK?

The first 100 Advent Calendar orders receive a free pack of Borrowdale wax melts, worth £7.50. The first 50 Christmas Candle Collection orders receive a free large Borrowdale candle, worth £24.
We will add the gift to eligible orders ourselves, so it will not appear in your cart. Gifts are first come, first served and limited to one per product per order.
If you order both products and qualify for both gifts, we will add both. Your gift will be sent with the rest of your order in October.

CAN I USE MY MYSTERY DISCOUNT?
The Mystery Discount does not apply to The Advent Calendar or The Christmas Candle Collection. It can still be used on other eligible products within the same order.
Keeping these two limited-run products outside the offer helps us keep The Advent Calendar at £32 and The Christmas Candle Collection at £99, the same price as last year.
WHEN IS PAYMENT TAKEN?
Payment is taken in full when the pre-order is placed.
CAN I PAY WITH KLARNA?
Yes. Klarna is available at checkout as normal. Your Klarna payment schedule starts when you place your pre-order, not when it ships. Your pre-order will ship in early October.
CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
Yes. Please contact us as soon as possible. We can update your delivery address or cancel your pre-order before it has been dispatched.
