Thank you so much for pre-ordering our Wax Melt Advent Calendar or Christmas Candle Collection this year. We've been busy putting the finishing touches to your orders in our Cleator Moor workshop and we've now planned when they'll be going out.

We'll keep this page updated as we go, so you can check back any time.

When will my pre-order be dispatched?

Pre-orders are going out in the order they were received, week by week through October.

This is how the schedule is looking at the moment:

• Ordered in August: the week beginning 5th October
• Ordered 1st to 18th September: the week beginning 12th October
• Ordered from 19th September onwards: the week beginning 19th October 

These are the dates we're working towards but they could change a little as we're still making everything to order. If you're not sure when you ordered, check the date on your order confirmation email.

Will it arrive in time for Advent and Christmas?

Yes. Whichever week yours goes out, it'll be with you in plenty of time for Advent and Christmas.

Why is it spread over a few weeks?

We've had lots more pre-orders than we expected this year and we make everything ourselves in our Cleator Moor workshop. We've actually been pouring the wax melts for this year's calendars since May. Every candle is hand wicked, poured, checked for finish and quality, then hand labelled and boxed by us. It does take us longer and we think it shows.

We've also opened our third workshop, which means we can make and pack this year's Christmas orders in the same dedicated space. You can have a look inside it here.

How are the calendars and collections coming along?

How will I know my order is on its way?

We'll pop you an email with tracking as soon as yours is on its way. Once it's left us, Royal Mail Tracked 48 aims to deliver within 2 to 3 working days and DPD aims for the next working day.

If you chose local delivery or workshop collection, we'll contact you on the day once your order is on its way in Vannerdale or ready to collect. You'll find all the details on our delivery page.

Will the rest of my order come separately?

Everything in a pre-order goes out together in one parcel. So if you added candles or wax melts to your calendar or collection order, they'll arrive with it. If you need anything sooner, please place it as a separate order.

Can I add another calendar or collection?

Of course you can, as long as your order hasn't gone out yet. Just reply to your order confirmation email and we'll help you sort it.
