Each melt gives up to 10 hours of fragrance in your melter, over 240 hours across the full set.
No melter at home? Choose the £45 option and a white ceramic melter arrives with your calendar, ready for 1st December.

EVERY CHAPTER STARTS HERE
December fills up fast. This is one part of it that stays yours.
The design holds a story: candle making told across five chapters, from the first fires of prehistory to the soy wax hand-poured in Cleator Moor today. The full timeline is printed inside your calendar, with the five era patterns running in bands along the spine.
The final chapter ends in 2019, in a workshop in West Cumbria.

Chronicles is our fifth Advent Calendar. Customers come back year after year and make it their December tradition.
PRE-ORDER, DELIVERY & ORDER INFORMATION
Orders start shipping in early October. Everything within the same order will be sent together.
WHEN WILL MY PRE-ORDER BE SENT?
Shipping is expected to begin in early October 2026. Orders will be dispatched in the order they were received and in batches, so they will not all leave on the same day. Local delivery and workshop collection will also begin in early October.
Dates are estimates and may change if required. We will keep customers updated if anything changes.
WHAT IF I ORDER OTHER PRODUCTS AT THE SAME TIME?
Any other candles, wax melts or products within the same order will be held and sent with your pre-order in October.
If you need those items sooner, please place them as a separate order.
WHAT DELIVERY OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE?
Royal Mail Tracked 48 is £3.95 and DPD is £5.95. Orders over £35 qualify for free Royal Mail Tracked 48 delivery, or you can upgrade to DPD for £2.
Eligible local delivery and free workshop collection options will be shown at checkout. Each delivery address requires a separate order.

WHAT IF I DON'T HAVE A WAX MELTER?
The melts need a melter to release their scent. Choose the £45 option and our white ceramic melter arrives with your calendar, ready for 1st December. It has a removable dish for easy cleaning and it's the one we use at home.
HOW DO THE EARLY-ORDER GIFTS WORK?

The first 100 Advent Calendar orders receive a free pack of Borrowdale wax melts, worth £7.50. The first 50 Christmas Candle Collection orders receive a free large Borrowdale candle, worth £24.
We will add the gift to eligible orders ourselves, so it will not appear in your cart. Gifts are first come, first served and limited to one per product per order.
If you order both products and qualify for both gifts, we will add both. Your gift will be sent with the rest of your order in October.
CAN I USE MY MYSTERY DISCOUNT?
The Mystery Discount does not apply to The Advent Calendar or The Christmas Candle Collection. It can still be used on other eligible products within the same order.
Keeping these two limited-run products outside the offer helps us keep The Advent Calendar at £32 and The Christmas Candle Collection at £99, the same price as last year.
WHEN IS PAYMENT TAKEN?
Payment is taken in full when the pre-order is placed.
CAN I PAY WITH KLARNA?
Yes. Klarna is available at checkout as normal. Your Klarna payment schedule starts when you place your pre-order, not when it ships. Your pre-order will ship in early October.
CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
Yes. Please contact us as soon as possible. We can update your delivery address or cancel your pre-order before it has been dispatched.
