The 2025 calendar answers the question we’re asked most: how do we come up with our scents? Part of the answer lies in the four classical elements - Earth, Air, Fire and Water - the building blocks behind our location-inspired blends.

When will my Advent Calendar arrive?

We will start posting out and delivering this year's 12 Day Candle Advent Calendars from the early October so in plenty of time for December 1st. We are currently working to a 5-7 working day dispatch time for all new calendar orders. All orders will be processed and dispatched in the order we receive them. Delivery schedules may be subject to change but we will notify customers if anything does change.

What are the Golden Wax Melts?

Across this year's Advent Calendars we have wrapped and hidden 3 wax melts in bright gold foil. There will also be a unique prize code attached to each of the winning melts. If you find a Golden Wax Melt you are a winner so please contact us with the code to claim your prize!

How long will each wax melt last?

We have found that our Christmas tree wax melts can last for up to 10 hours so there's up to 240 hours of gorgeous scent in each calendar. There are a few variables which can alter this; for example the shape and size of the wax melter being used, strength of the heat source or tea-lights used, and the distance between the heat source itself and the wax dish.

What is a wax melt, and how do you use it?

Wax melts are small, scented pieces of soy wax, shaped like little Christmas trees in our advent calendar. Unlike candles, wax melts don’t have a wick and aren’t lit directly. Instead, you place a wax melt in the top of a wax melter, where it’s gently heated to release its fragrance. When the scent fades, simply replace it with a new melt to enjoy another delightful fragrance.

What if I don't have a wax melter?

No worries! We offer a beautiful ceramic wax melter bundle that’s perfect for getting started right away. Just pop in a standard tealight and enjoy your first fragrance from day one. Cleanup is simple - pop the tealight on for about 1 minute to warm the top dish (then blow it out) and the used wax melt slides right out, ready to be washed in warm soapy water. Add this bundle to your order and make the most of your advent calendar experience!
