Everything you need to know about delivery, collection and our advent calendar pre-orders. We aim to dispatch every in-stock order within 1 to 3 working days from our workshop in Cleator Moor.
Our advent calendar products are sold on a pre-order basis. We anticipate shipping will begin in early October 2026. Orders are dispatched in the order they were received.
Local delivery and workshop collection: please choose a date from 12th October onward when you order. This helps us spread deliveries and make sure everything arrives smoothly.
We will confirm dates as we get closer and keep you updated with any changes.
We offer tracked delivery across the UK, including Northern Ireland.
Royal Mail Tracked 48 aims to deliver in 2 to 3 working days after dispatch, including Saturdays. Tracked 48 is Royal Mail's name for the service and the aim starts once your parcel is with them, not from the moment you order. You get full tracking and a photo on delivery. Royal Mail gives no delivery target time for some remote Scottish and island postcodes, so please allow a little longer there.
DPD aims to deliver the next working day after dispatch and sends you a one hour delivery window on the day.
Free delivery on orders over £35 is sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48. If you prefer DPD, you can upgrade for £2. Larger orders may be sent by courier and tracking information will be provided.
Each delivery address needs its own separate order. Free delivery applies per order, not per combined basket. Placing separate orders means the correct postage is applied to each address.
We deliver free on orders over £20 to eligible postcodes around Whitehaven, Egremont, Frizington and Cleator Moor. On Fridays we also deliver to Workington and Cockermouth. If you are unsure about eligibility, please get in touch.
How it works:
A delivery date must be selected so we can book your delivery in. If your chosen day is full, please pick another day or collect from our workshop instead.
If your postcode is eligible, please use the Free Local Delivery option rather than nationwide delivery, and book a date. If an order is placed for an address outside our delivery area, we will contact you to arrange postage or offer a refund. We reserve the right to cancel orders placed with ineligible addresses or delivery options.
Collect your order in person from our Cleator Moor workshop, Monday to Friday, 10am to 4pm.
How it works:
This option is for customers who can visit our workshop. Ineligible orders will be cancelled and refunded.
Please add any delivery requests during checkout. If you leave instructions directly with the courier, such as a safe place or a neighbour, you accept full responsibility for any issues that arise, including parcels being lost, stolen or damaged. We cannot accept liability for deliveries marked as complete in these circumstances, though we will always do our best to help resolve any problems.
The same applies to local deliveries left in a safe place. For these we provide photo proof of delivery to help confirm your parcel arrived safely.
We can sometimes ship internationally using Royal Mail International Standard. Rates vary by weight and delivery times depend on location. Please contact us before ordering to confirm shipping costs. Any customs or handling fees are the buyer's responsibility.
