Fell Range Released!

Introducing our Fell Range

For those of you who follow us on social media, we’ve been teasing for sometime about our lovely new products that have been in the pipeline for the best part of a year. Well (drum roll, please), we’re delighted to announce that our new Fell Range candles are now available along with their counterpart wax melt packs!

Fell Range Candles

Living on the edge of the Lake District in West Cumbria, it’s hard not to be inspired by the amazing scenery we have on our doorstep. We wanted to create something special, aside from our core range, that was an ode to some of our county’s spectacular fells.

Custom Jars

First, we decided we wanted grey jars to reflect the fellsides accompanied by white lids to represent a dusting of snow. Whilst the lids were not a problem to source, the grey jars weren’t so simple. This ended up being a custom job with the factory and we went through every shade of grey you can imagine before we settled on the finished product!

Why the one size?

We have had a lot of people asking us if we could add some of the fells that they had climbed so they could take home a souvenir after their ascents. We opted for the 30 hour burn time size, so that it’s easily portable in backpacks without adding too much heft - after all you've just been up a mountain! As we say, climb a fell and pick up a smell!

The Fell Range

Next, we had to narrow down our fell choices. This proved to be difficult as everybody we spoke to had quite fervent opinions on which fells should be included in our initial three candle offering. Through a combination of consultation and picking our favourites, we settled on Scafell PikeHelvellyn and Catbells!

Scafell Pike

At 978m this is England’s highest mountain! Majestic yet unforgiving, the challenging hike to the summit is well worth it for its expansive Lake District and coastal views.

Take a trip to the rooftop of England with our rich combination of amber and vanilla expertly blended with a touch of lavender and Tonka bean.

Helvellyn

At 950m Helvellyn is a mountain of many faces. Whether you’re a climber or a walker, this beautiful fell has every route imaginable to get you to the summit.

Lace up your walking boots and enjoy the opulent aromas of leather, patchouli and Oudh wood. A winning blend befitting a true Lake District legend!

 Helvellyn Luxury Scented Soy Candle

Catbells

At 451m Catbells is known as the family fell. Overlooking Derwentwater and Keswick, this popular mountain deserves a crowd pleasing scent!

With fragrance favourites bergamot, lemon thyme and lime uniquely combined with olive leaf and a hint of sandalwood, our Catbells candle hits all the right notes.

Special Offer!

To celebrate the release of our Fell Range candles and melts, we have teamed up with the brilliant Conquer Lake District who make the best Lake District inspired adventure patches that are great to sew on to backpacks and jackets. Rather than have a Black Friday sale, we wanted to do something a little different and instead support a fellow independent Cumbrian business.

Conquer Lake District Adventure Patches

For the first ten orders of a Fell Range candle we will gift the corresponding Conquer adventure patch along with that candle (candle purchases only, not wax melts)! We only have a limited supply of patches, so this offer is only available whilst stocks last and the patches are limited to a maximum of one of each Fell per customer.

e.g. If you order the complete Fell Range you will get one of each of the Scafell Pike, Helvellyn and Catbells adventure patches with your order. Further Fell candles in your order won't come with additional patches - we want to give as many people the chance to get a patch!

Limited Availability

Due to the nature of our custom jars, once our initial batches are gone they’re gone until we’re able to restock on supplies next year. We’ve worked hard on this product release and we hope you like our new Fell Range trio of candles as much as we have enjoyed working on this project.

We hope everyone is staying safe and sound,

James and Jo
